Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We offer global free shipping.

Our artists will start the painting process after we receive your order. Normally it takes 7-14 working days to paint, and another 3-7 working days to ship by DHL/FedEx/Ups. Tracking number will sent to your email inbox when available.
Are the paintings 100% handmade?
Of course! All paintings are 100% handmade by our artists, entirely free from mechanical printing. We only use premium oil and acrylic paints.
Do the paintings arrive framed?
If you buy your painting with a frame, it will arrive framed to your doorstep.

If you choose the rolled canvas or frameless option, you may seek professionals to stretch and frame the painting.
Is the painting ready to be hung?
If you purchase the framed/frameless option, we will provide the hooks  for easy hanging upon receipt. The painting can be hung either horizontally or vertically according to your preference.

If you choose a rolled canvas, you'll need to find a local gallery for framing. They'll install the hooks for you.
What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
We commit to providing customers with a comfortable and safe purchasing experience. If you are not satisfied with your painting, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receipt.
